We created the identity for Polperro Wines. The wine Polperro and subsequently the winery and restaurant were created by winemaker Sam Coverdale. Polperro is Sam’s premium single vineyard label from the Mornington Peninsula. We created a brand, which was inspired by the tourist town Polperro in Cornwall England. Our client Sam named the wine by the town, which his family originated from. The logo is typography based and the font has an old worldly touch. We used these elements to communicate the history of the craftsmanship of winemaking. Our logo was highly successful in its versatility and Sam was able to apply it to his restaurant venture and accommodation business.

Packaging & Photography

We designed a wine label, which was based on the sentiment of Sam’s heritage. This was achieved by including old maps of the Polperro region. The vintage appeal of the label and packaging is evocative of a high quality aged wine.
